Food money -each student will be receiving 90 Pounds back for dinners.
Barry is giving us 100 per student but I am holding back 10 per person for tipping tour guides and drivers.
Hope that seems reasonable- if there is any left I will give it to the students.

As for money for food 200 pounds seems reasonable (so 110 on top of the 90back)
Maybe another 60pounds for misc then spending?!?

Parents,
Are any of you a notary or a lawyer that could witness our permission forms?
Everyone needs to sign a letter  (I will hand them out on tuesday) that gives your child permission
to leave the country with us. The travel agent and the government recommends that these letters are notarized. You can go out and get it done for about 25$. So I was wondering if there was a generous parent with a stamp that could save everybody 25$....

You will need passport information to fill out these letters so please bring it on tuesday.

ON TUESDAY FEB 22 6:30PM IN THE ART ROOM D204. ATTENDANCE IS IMPORTANT AS THERE ARE FORMS TO BE SIGNED AND FILLED OUT AND THE PRINCIPAL WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE.PLEASE CALL ME IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT!
